Isocrete Fast K-Screed (Standard & Heavy Duty)
Isocrete Fast K-Screed (standard) is a semi-dry cementitious screed incorporating proprietary accelerating, water reducing and shrinkage compensation additives to give a high early strength, rapid drying screed.
Isocrete Fast-K Screed (standard) can be utilised in bonded, unbonded or floating screed constructions.
The system can be used in conjunction with fast track construction and refurbishment projects where the screed needs to be trafficked or overlaid quickly. Typical fast track applications include shopping centres, hospitals, schools, and retail outlets.
Heavy Duty Isocrete Fast K-Screed
Heavy Duty Isocrete Fast K-Screed is a thicker, more robust formulation of Isocrete Fast K-Screed (standard).
The system is best suited to use in areas subject to high volumes of heavy traffic, most likely on a daily basis, and in environments that require a weighty screed under a quick turnaround.
Benefits:
- Early traffic by following trades (8 hrs at 20 oC)
- Early installation of sensitive finishes (7 days for 50mm thickness @ 20 oC and 50% RH)
- Low shrinkage, minimises cracking
- High abrasion and impact resistance
- Use with underfloor heating systems
- Easy to use – excellent workability properties, can be pump applied
