This screed layer can be created at thicknesses as low as 30mm to provide space and weight saving benefits. The completed Isocrete Alpha Screed can receive a variety of floor finishes such as carpet, vinyl and tiles.

Flooring solutions for today’s construction industry need to combine functionality with sustainability. 95% of the Isocrete Alpha Screed’s alpha hemi-hydrate sulphate binder is reclaimed from power station waste. The screed layer can be combined with the ultra-efficient Isowarm Underfloor Heating system to further increase a building’s eco credentials. This system circulates warm water through pipes incorporated within the screed system and is up to 30% more efficient than traditional heating methods.
